In and around Ulm – an exciting region for travelers! There are a lot of nice destinations to enjoy nature and culture. Spend some time at the fascinating Blautopf (literally: blue pot), a shining blue lake at the end of the Blauhöhlensystem, a huge cavern. Or you can visit the waterfall in Urach, where the Brühlbach falls down 37 meters. The nature is great for extended walkabouts: you will love how pure and clean the beautiful landscape is.

The Schloss Lichtenstein is part of the German heritage and a spectacular castle at the edge of a mountain. Travelers interested in history should definitely see it.

In Giengen there is the museum of Steiff, the German producer of soft toys, most famous for its teddy bears. The museum tells the story of the teddy bear. This is something that children will love!

At the „Traumland“ theme-park children and their parents can have great fun, with rides like the big wheel and the magic forest. Sports fans will be excited by the first league basketball games in Ulm.
